The use of temporaries has changed drastically in the past 10 years. We now prefer to use a different term for our employees. We now refer to them as "RUSH Associate Employees". In addition to using RUSH Associate Employees during vacation, sick leave and other times of instant need, many small and large companies are using RUSH Associate Employees for pre-planned long-term employment, special projects, or production and sales peaks. Today many companies are also using RUSH Associate Employees in professional areas such as: Engineering, Medical, Accounting, Legal, Information Systems and other highly technical fields.

This is because of complacency of regular employees and the desire and need of the temporary employee to work. TESTING AND QUALIFYING APPLICANTS
RUSH realizes that to keep our customer's business, we must provide employees who are reliable, dependable and qualified for each position. In order to do this, we test our employees, using several proficiency tests in the areas of dexterity, word processing, spelling, filing and general aptitude, prior to placement. Per Client request: All employees can be given a drug screening test and/or reference check is performed prior to placement.

MULTIPLE USES
Every company has different problems and needs in the use of their labor force. We recognize this fact and work with your management to plan a program that fills your staffing needs in the most efficient and profitable manner.

INSTANT STAFFING
This plan is usually a short term need for extra workers and is used to fill vacancies due to vacation, sickness or maternity leave of your regular employees. RUSH Associate Employees can also be used for special projects or "filling bubbles", such as unplanned deliveries, end of the month billing, or any situation that requires a short term increase in your labor force.

LONG TERM
Many companies use RUSH Associate Employees on a long-term basis. Some of our Associates work 40 hours per week or more for several months (or indefinitely). The savings in benefits, recruiting, payroll services, and personnel administration will increase your profits.

PAY ROLLING
Out-source part or all of your employees to RUSH Personnel Services. With this service, your employees become employees of RUSH Personnel Services and are assigned back to you.
