For each hour a RUSH Associate works, you will be billed the hourly rate of pay, our processing fee, the employer paid taxes, and the Workers' Compensation cost. RUSH Personnel is committed to providing quality employees to your company at a competitive price. 

You will be asked to provide a description of the job duties and wage information so we can understand your job requirements and determine the rate. You will then be asked to complete and sign an "Acknowledgement of Services" so our formal search and recruitment effort can begin.

The time frame for successfully finding an employee for you is based upon your specific needs.
