RUSH Personnel Services, Inc. has been locally owned and operated by our founder, Bonnie Peracca, since 1981. RUSH is one of the largest independently owned and operated staffing services in Northern California. Bonnie chose to base the corporate office in Chico as a central location for our service area which covers most of Northern California. In 1998, RUSH established our "virtual office" on the Internet to enhance our capability to provide total employment services to the region.

As a complete staffing service (from temporary to executive placements), RUSH represents and places more than 2,000 employees annually through our temporary and regular employment options.

Presently, RUSH Personnel Services, Inc. has a clientele base of more than 640 businesses, and an internal staff of over 35 providing service and support to our Clients and RUSH Associates.  Our offices are open 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. M-F, with key staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Bonnie Peracca is the local owner/President of RUSH Personnel Services, Inc. A true native to the area, Bonnie grew up in rural Tehama County, graduated from Red Bluff High School and attended Shasta College before starting an outstanding sales career for the multi-national consumer product giant Norelco. Bonnie eventually settled in Butte County and established RUSH Personnel. Bonnie began the company as a personnel recruiting agency, and started offering temporary employment placements and services in 1987.

RUSH is a certified Woman Owned Business which has continued to grow and expand throughout Northern California, with current office locations in Chico, Redding, Yuba City and Colusa.

Bonnie insists on keeping up with the latest technology and software, including an interactive website for the hundreds of satisfied clients who hire thousands of employees per year from an available pool of thousands of job seekers.

Bonnie is an active board member of the Chico Chamber of Commerce and a past board member of Vigilant Management Services. Bonnie is a former member of the Butte College Curriculum Advisory Committee and also a proud sponsor of Public Broadcasting programs, local and high school sports and civic and community events throughout the area.
